Basically we do not lie to our customers. There is no such thing as unlimited bandwidth. Someone has to pay for the bandwidth somewhere and by imposing a limit it means we can continue to provide a fast and reliable service for all our customers without making an empty promise.

How soon will my account be ready for use?
Your account will be set-up within 24 hours. Normally, it is setup before this. If domains need to be transferred to us, this can take around 24-48hrs to complete. During this time, we give you alternative means of using your account so that no time is wasted.

Do you offer Front Page Extensions?
Yes. All accounts can be installed with front page 2000 extensions at no extra cost.

Can I upload files using 'FTP'?
Yes. You can use any ftp program to upload files to your account.

Can I upgrade my account/features at a later date?
Yes. You can purchase new or expanded features, or upgrade to a new plan at any time. There are no set up fees for upgrading.

Do I have access to my account 24/7?
Yes you do. All of our customers have full access to their account every day, all day

Can I setup subdomains?
Yes. You can setup subdomains through your control panel. These come with separate ftp accounts if needed.

How many page views a month is 2000mb bandwidth?
It is roughly around 11,000 page views a month, although it depends very much on the site, i.e. whether it is graphic intensive.


How much does it cost if I want to transfer a domain to eSiteHost?
You can transfer a UK Domain to us free of charge, for TLD domains a years registration is added to the name and you are charged for this accordingly.


How much does it cost to transfer a domain away from eSiteHost?
Transferring a domain from eSiteHost is free of charge.

What support can I expect with my dedicated server?
Dedicated Server support is in general limited to Hardware, Connectivity and Power. Support for software is at the discretion of our operatives.
